Our principal engineer has experience supporting both plaintiff suits and defense cases, and knows how to explain complex engineering principles in simple language so that it is easy for the judge and jury to understand. Most of the legal proceedings in which we have been retained have either been settled out of court in favor of our clients based on our determinations, or have been ruled in favor of our clients based on the strength of our testimony. Both trial and deposition testimony has been given.
