Insight Consulting Engineering (ICE) has provided structural forensic engineering services on hundreds of property claims for residential, commercial, and builder risk policies to numerous insurance carriers throughout the Midwest and Southwest regions of the United States. We are experienced aiding adjusters with high claim volumes during catastrophe response situations. ICE also offers expert witness services and is experienced providing trial testimony and depositions.

A key element to our customer service is rapid turn-around. We strive to have claims investigated and report verbally to the adjuster within one week of receipt of the assignment, and issue a written report within 2 weeks of receiving the assignment. When this is not possible due to job volume, the client is notified so that they can make other arrangements, if needed.

With over 12 years experience conducting forensic examinations, ICE has the practical knowledge within the insurance industry necessary to determine coverage. A background in engineering design and construction management aids in the recognition of design and construction defects for subrogation purposes. Expert witness testimony is also offered.

ICE provides causal analysis, damage assessment, and restoration estimates for claims resulting from fire, water, wind, hail, slope failure and vehicular collision with buildings.
